  Attorney Amanda T. Huston of Coan, Payton & Payne, LLC has been appointed to the Fort Collins Downtown Development Authority Board. The Authority’s mission is to build public-private investment partnerships that foster economic, cultural and social growth in the central business district. The Authority uses tax increment financing to stimulate redevelopment in the central business district and focuses on projects that have benefit for the entire community.
