Mr. Winslow has been practicing law since 1996 and is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Colorado and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado and Northern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth and Tenth Circuits.

Despite recent changes in Colorado law regarding marijuana possession and use, proprietors of marijuana-related businesses, or MRBs, continue to face obstacles to their practical ability to run those businesses.

CP2 is pleased to announce that Ginger H. Coatman has been named Firm Administrator and Systems Manager for the firm. In this position, Ms. Coatman will oversee all administrative and business functions of the firm in addition to her continued management of all technology and computer information systems.
